Wellness

NUS College is a place for people from all walks of life – but what unites us all is our commitment to a supportive, familial environment built on mutual respect. In our community, what makes you different is what makes you unique. This is your space to discover who you are.

Conduct Expectations

NUS College students are expected to treat one another with respect. All disciplinary issues will be dealt with in accordance with NUS policies.

We encourage all students to report any concerns about misconduct, including sexual misconduct. Please report the incident to any NUS College faculty member, Residential Master, Residential Fellow, Residential Student Life Manager, or Residential Assistant. We will work closely with the relevant units in NUS to ensure that each complaint is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly following due process.

Beyond NUS College and within NUS, you may also contact the Dean’s Office of your degree-bearing faculty, the NUS Care Unit (NCU), the Office of Campus Security (OCS), or the Whistleblowing Unit.

Wellness resources

NUS offers counselling care and support for students experiencing any kind of distress in their University life – be it psychological, emotional, physical, or financial. Please do not hesitate to approach the pastoral care support staff for emotional or psychological support, and to utilise their available pastoral resources.

Please approach a member of the NUSC Residential Team if you would like to speak to someone. Alternatively, you may also approach the NUS University Counselling Services (UCS) for follow-up support and care.
