“Touch grass” is about stepping away from screens and back into the real world. In that spirit, the week is not about rejecting technology, but about noticing how it shapes our time, attention, and connections, as well as what we might gain by occasionally putting it aside. During Touch Grass Week, classes are encouraged to experiment with being screen-free where feasible, using discussion, physical texts, handwritten notes, and other offline approaches.

AIPA (ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly) Roadshow aims to strengthen AIPA’s engagement with ASEAN youth and beyond. Anchored in the AIPA Communication Master Plan 2018–2025 and the AIPA Strategic Plan 2023–2030, it addresses AIPA’s overarching goal of enhancing awareness of ASEAN and AIPA among youth. With dynamic activities, the AIPA Roadshow highlights AIPA’s role in fostering regional cooperation through engaging presentations and discussions, interactive quizzes—offering youth a platform to explore parliamentary diplomacy.
At NUSC Summer School, pre-university students aged 16 to 18 years old engage in interdisciplinary inquiry and global citizenship. In one transformative week, students dive into taster seminars and hands-on projects, guided by inspiring university faculty and surrounded by like-minded peers. They will make connections between diverse disciplines, learn from skill-building workshops, participate in collaborative team challenges, and go on field excursions — designed to equip them with future readiness, from analytical thinking to leadership in real-world scenarios.
The Asian Undergraduate Symposium (AUS) is a two-week programme organised by NUS College (NUSC) that brings together undergraduates from Singapore and Asian regions, with a special focus on ASEAN participants, for cultural exchange, networking, and capacity development.
NUS College Class of 2026, the College’s first graduating cohort, will receive their honour roll as they mark a milestone in their lives and embark on new journeys in their careers and further education as alumni of NUS College.
